Foreword by M. E. GirouardI have been a plumber for over forty years.
Year after year, I meet people who purchase a house and, once in the house, encounter a multitude of problems that could have been avoided if they had just asked a few questions first. You don’t need to be a technical expert to do some simple testing on your own that will identify immediately if a problem exists with the pressure or volume of water. You also have a right to ask questions about the plumbing, and to receive honest answers to those questions.
